Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Policy: Customers are required to pay the full amount of the rent in advance.

2. Security Deposit: A security deposit must be paid at the time of pick up and will be returned upon receiving the outfit back in good condition.

3. Security Deposit Process: Customers are requested to provide the security deposit in cash or through Online Transfer along with necessary documents at or before the time of pickup.

4. Refund of Deposit: The deposit shall be returned within 3-4 working days.

5. Inspection: Customers renting an outfit are encouraged to inspect and identify any damage, spots, or markings to avoid potential damage costs later.

6. Modification Policy: Modifications or alterations to any apparel are not permitted without consent.

7. Damages and Forfeiture: Any modification or alteration will be considered irreparable damage, resulting in forfeiture of the security deposit.

8. Damage Charges: If a garment is returned damaged or dirty, the cost of damage will be deducted from the security deposit.

9. Loss or Irreparable Damage: In case of loss or irreparable damage to the garment, the security deposit will be forfeited.

10 Cancellation Policy: In the event of order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests based on the following terms:

10.1 Cancellation Policy: Within 24 hours of placing the order: 100% Rental Fee credit note (No credit note for last-minute booking cancellations).

10.2 Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to scheduled delivery: 80% Rental Fee credit note.

10.3 Cancellation Policy: 11-29 days prior to scheduled delivery: 50% Rental Fee credit note.

10.4 Cancellation Policy: 1-10 days prior to scheduled delivery: No refund; cancellation deemed invalid.

10.5 Cancellation Policy: Last-minute booking and cancellation: No credit note issued.

10.6 Cancellation Policy: Credit note cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used in future bookings. No cash refund.

10.7 Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be emailed to admin@styleonrent.in.

11. Refundable Deposit Amount: The refundable deposit amount is equal to the rental amount of the specific outfit.

12.1 Return Policy: Customers must return the outfit within the booked duration.

12.2 Return Policy: Outfits are booked for a minimum of 3 days, including pickup, event, and return days.

12.3 Return Policy: A late fee of Rs. 500 per day will be charged for outfits not returned within the stipulated period.

13.1 Change of Order Policy: Customers should email for any changes to their order.

13.2 Change of Order Policy: Changes are subject to availability of the new outfit.

13.3 Change of Order Policy: Changed orders cannot have a lower value than the original order.

13.4 Change of Order Policy: If the changed order has a higher value, the customer must pay the balance amount.

14. Dispute Resolution: The user agrees not to dispute the decision made by the business/site owner regarding applicable cancellation fees and accepts the owner's decision.
